Policy & Systems Consulting

Data-informed advocacy for equity-centered justice and education policy.

Services Overview

Lasting systems change requires more than program-level improvement — it requires policy change. DJCG works with government agencies, courts, coalitions, and advocacy organizations to analyze existing policy, identify structural equity gaps, develop data-informed recommendations, and build the stakeholder alignment needed to move reform forward at the system and policy level.

The Problem

Well-intentioned policies frequently produce inequitable outcomes when they are designed without attention to disparate impact, without input from affected communities, or without the cross-system coordination infrastructure needed to implement them effectively. Changing outcomes requires changing the policies and structures that produce them.

Our Approach

DJCG brings a practitioner-grounded, equity-centered lens to policy analysis and systems consulting — combining deep knowledge of juvenile justice, education, and behavioral health systems with the analytical and facilitation skills needed to move stakeholders from problem identification to actionable reform.
